Product Return & Refund Policy
All Skincare Product Sales Are Final
Because skincare and personal-care products may be affected by handling, storage, contamination, temperature, or opening after leaving our control, we cannot accept product returns or exchanges once a product has been sold or delivered, whether opened or unopened, except as specifically described below.
Skin Reaction Exception
If you believe a product purchased from Asōka MedSpa has caused an unexpected skin reaction:
1. Discontinue use of the product.
2. Call 561-444-0769 as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Our team may ask for information regarding the product, purchase date, symptoms, photographs, lot number, and manner in which the product was used.
4. We may recommend that you speak with one of our clinical professionals or another healthcare professional when appropriate.
After reviewing the circumstances, Asōka MedSpa may authorize an exception to this Return Policy.
Do not mail or bring a product back to Asōka MedSpa unless our staff has authorized the return.
An authorized exception may result in an exchange, store credit, replacement, or refund, depending upon the circumstances. Authorization of an exception does not constitute an admission that the product caused the reported reaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an item different from the product you ordered, please contact us promptly at 561-444-0769 so that we can investigate and correct the issue when appropriate.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return or replacement results from an error by Asōka MedSpa.
